This involved research, proposing a strategy, creating and conducting educational workshops, creating quarterly reports, initiating a packaging redesign, overseeing compliance for bikes and apparel, addressing recycling of components, reporting on WEEE, calculating the carbon footprint, starting an LCA and B-Corp B Impact assessment and participating in industry workgroups.
